City University of Seattle (CityU) has a long history of partnering with local businesses to deliver education and training opportunities. Today, the university provides professional development and fundraising resources to the nonprofit community.

The Sanford Institute of Philanthropy at City University of Seattle serves as a resource for nonprofit organizations in Washington to help increase their fundraising capabilities and strengthen their community impact. Faculty who teach as part of the CityU Master of Arts in Leadership with Nonprofit Leadership Emphasis program are in a position to support the Institute’s efforts and serve as a resource for nonprofit leaders.
